Bob has been practicing law since 1971, and been a part of the Maki & Overom firm since 1989. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 1965. From there, he went on to Law School at the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities where he graduated, in 1971.
Bob is a member of both the American Bar Association as well as the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is admitted to all courts including the U.S. Supreme Court and Federal Court of Claims. Bob works hand in hand with the Duluth Seaway Port Authority, specializing in Admiralty, as well as Municipal Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Commercial Litigation.
