Raymond Peterson is a native of Duluth and a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and Hamline University Law School. He practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, nursing home planning/long term care planning, real estate, business planning and corporate/partnership law. [Most recently, Mr. Peterson was named a “2007 Rising Star” by Minnesota Law & Politics.]
Mr. Peterson is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Wisconsin State Bar Association and the Federal Bar. In addition, Mr. Peterson is a member of the Arrowhead Estate Planning Council and member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is also a former council member of the Elder Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
In the community, he is a member of the Board of Directors for Northland Country Club, and a board member for the Floy Gilman Scheidler Scholarship Foundation. In the past he was a board member and treasurer for the Duluth Curling Club. In his free time, he enjoys curling, golfing and spending time with his family, especially his wife and children, Cate and Kyle.
