AURORA KOTHE Aurora is a recent addition to the Maki and Overom team. She earned her AAS Degree in paralegal studies and her Legal Secretary Certificate from Lake Superior College in 2008. Aurora assists Steve Overom and Lara Nygaard in Administrative, Governmental, Municipal and Land Use/Zoning matters. |

ALISON PLANTON Alison Planton has worked for Maki and Overom since 2003. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in legal studies and Paralegal Certificate from the University of Wisconsin, Superior. Alison works with Ray Peterson and Steve Overom assisting them with estate planning, real estate, business and their other areas of practice. |

KRISTA LAVEAU Krista R. Laveau has worked for Maki and Overom since 2005. Krista assists Robert C. Maki, Shawn B. Reed and Lara R.M. Nygaard with litigation matters, prosecution matters and other areas of business. |

CAROL NORBERG Carol Norberg began working for Maki and Overom in 2007. Carol assists Steve Overom and Ray Peterson in probate matters and is the office receptionist. Carol is a former board member of the Junior League of Duluth, Duluth Public Schools Academy (Edison School) and has served on various Marshall School of Duluth committees. |
